The Dormie Workshop x Sherwood Giveaway (the “Contest”) is brought to you by Dormie Golf Workshop Inc., at 3731 Mackintosh St, Unit 3, Halifax NS, B3K 5E5 (“Sponsor” or “Dormie Workshop”). The Contest begins on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Sherwood® (products of INA International Ltd.) (“Sherwood”) is featured as a promotional collaborator for this Contest — including as an Instagram collaborator on the Contest Post — but is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of the Contest and has no liability whatsoever in connection with the Contest, its administration, or the awarding of the Prize.

Eligibility

This Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (including Quebec) and the United States (the 50 United States and the District of Columbia) who: (a) have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry; and (b) hold a valid, public Instagram account in good standing that complies with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Employees, representatives, agents, officers, or directors (and those living in the same household, whether related or not) of Dormie Workshop, Sherwood/INA International Ltd., their respective parent, affiliated, and subsidiary entities, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual(s) or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of this Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Be Legally Bound by Rules

By participating in this Contest, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”).

How to Enter

Base Entry

During the Contest Period, to receive one (1) base entry (an “Entry”) into the random prize draw described below, an eligible entrant must, using a public Instagram account:

1. follow both @dormieworkshop and @sherwoodhockey on Instagram;
2. like the official Contest announcement post on Dormie Workshop’s Instagram feed (the “Contest Post”); and
3. share the Contest Post to their Instagram Stories.

All three (3) actions above must be completed and must remain completed and visible through the end of the Contest Period and the winner verification process described below, in order to be counted as a valid Entry. Entrants whose Instagram account, posts, or Stories are private, deleted, or otherwise not visible to Sponsor at the time of verification will not be counted as having a valid Entry.

Bonus Entries

An eligible entrant who has completed all three (3) Base Entry actions above may earn one (1) additional entry (a “Bonus Entry”) for each distinct friend tagged, by username, in the comments of the Contest Post. There is no limit on the number of Bonus Entries an eligible entrant may earn. To be valid, each tag must: (a) identify a real, distinct, existing Instagram account belonging to another individual; (b) not be a repeat tag of an account already tagged by the same entrant; (c) not be a tag of the entrant’s own account, a Contest Party, Sponsor, Sherwood, or any brand or business account; and (d) remain visible in the comments of the Contest Post through the end of the Contest Period and the winner verification process. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify, disregard, or discount any tag, comment, Entry, or Bonus Entry that it determines to be fraudulent, automated, spam, abusive, or otherwise not made in good faith or not in keeping with the letter and spirit of these Rules.

Only one (1) Instagram account per person is permitted for purposes of this Contest. Use of multiple Instagram accounts, fake or automated accounts, bots, scripts, or any other automated or fraudulent means to generate additional Entries or Bonus Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all Entries and Bonus Entries associated with that individual, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Prize

There will be one (1) prize package (the “Prize”) available to be won in connection with this Contest, consisting of:

• one (1) Connor Bedard Sherwood Hockey Glove golf driver headcover (ARV $1,000 USD);
• one (1) Sherwood Hockey Sock golf fairway wood headcover (ARV $225 USD);
• one (1) Sherwood x Dormie full-grain black leather driver headcover (ARV $150 USD); and
• one (1) Sherwood x Dormie full-grain black leather shag bag (ARV $225 USD).

The Prize has a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,650 USD / $2,300 CAD, as stated by Sponsor. Actual retail value may vary. Under no circumstances will any difference between the stated ARV and actual value be awarded, in cash or otherwise. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. No substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s option, and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Prize, or any component of it, with a prize or prize component of equal or greater retail value, for any reason.

Winner Selection Process

On or about September 29, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random draw from among all valid Entries and Bonus Entries received during the Contest Period. Each eligible entrant’s name will be entered into the random draw pool once for each valid Entry and once for each valid Bonus Entry earned in accordance with these Rules. One (1) eligible entrant will be selected at random to become the selected entrant for the Prize. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Entries and Bonus Entries received during the Contest Period.

Prize Winner Confirmation Process

NO ONE IS A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS THEM AS A PRIZE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. The selected entrant will be notified by direct message from Dormie Workshop’s official Instagram account (@dormieworkshop) within five (5) business days of the draw. To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must, within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified:

1. respond to Sponsor’s direct message;
2. provide their full name, mailing address, and any other information reasonably requested by Sponsor to fulfill the Prize;
3. if a resident of Canada, correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor (not required for United States residents); and
4. digitally execute Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) accepts the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases Sponsor, Sherwood, and the other Released Parties (as defined below) from any and all liability in connection with the Contest, participation therein, and the awarding and use or misuse of the Prize; and (iv) consents to Sponsor’s and Sherwood’s use of the winner’s Instagram username, city/province/territory/state of residence, and Contest-related statements, photographs, or other content, without further notice or compensation, in publicity or advertising carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor or Sherwood, in any manner or medium, including social media.

If the selected entrant fails to respond within the required time, cannot be reached using the contact information provided, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (where applicable), is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize as awarded, or is determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be in violation of these Rules, then that entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the Prize. In such case, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate winner by random draw from among the remaining valid Entries and Bonus Entries, subject to this same confirmation process.

Additional Rules

If Sponsor determines, using any evidence or information available to it, that any person has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair means, including through the use of multiple accounts or identities, bots, scripts, automated systems, or fraudulent or fabricated tags or comments, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify that person from the Contest.

Verification

All Entries, Bonus Entries, Instagram accounts, and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility, in a form acceptable to Sponsor. Failure to provide such proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction within the timeline specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The sole determinant of time for purposes of this Contest is Sponsor’s official time-keeping system.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering this Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Dormie Golf Workshop Inc., Sherwood/INA International Ltd., and each of their respective parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to any person, including death, arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any failure of Instagram or any other website or platform during or after the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction, error, or interruption of any kind, including relating to computer networks, servers, or internet access; (iii) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or technically corrupted Entries or Bonus Entries; or (iv) any combination of the foregoing.

Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Information you provide as part of your entry is provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering this Contest, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Contest.

General Conditions

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and municipal laws. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants, without right of appeal. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or amend this Contest or these Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, in the event of any cause beyond its reasonable control that affects the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including any error, technical failure, fraud, or unauthorized intervention.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be in violation of these Rules, or who acts in any manner to threaten, abuse, or harass any other person in connection with this Contest.

Quebec Residents

This Contest is open to eligible residents of the Province of Quebec. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Privacy

By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to Sponsor collecting, storing, sharing, and using the personal information submitted solely for the purpose of administering this Contest, in accordance with Dormie Workshop’s privacy policy, available at https://dormieworkshop.com/policies/privacy-policy. This section does not limit any other consent an individual may separately provide to Sponsor or others regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal information.

Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
